We’re specialists. Not generalists.
We’re a small team of psychotherapists in Centretown who live and breathe all things psychology and relationships.
We gather regularly to discuss current literature, share clinical support, and stay connected to the cause: to be true specialists in couples therapy.

Fees
Psychotherapist Rate
$180 / 60 Minute Session
$275 / 90 Minute Session
Intern Rate
$75 / 60 Minute Session
Insurance
Psychotherapy sessions (couples therapy offered by a psychotherapist) are covered by most extended health insurance policies. Check your insurance policy for “psychotherapy” coverage.
Receipts are sent via email after session for you or your partner to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Several of our therapists belong to the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and we know firsthand how meaningful it is to feel seen and understood. As a queer or trans couple, you deserve a therapist who gets where you’re coming from and can hold space for your relationship with care and competence.
